    While we don’t work directly with insurance providers, we do offer assistance in facilitating your reimbursement. After you pay for your tow, we will provide a detailed receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Upon request, we can directly email a copy of your receipt to your insurance provider for your convenience.

  • What safety measures do you employ during towing to prevent damage to vehicles?

    Your vehicle’s safety is our top priority. That’s why our drivers complete hands-on, comprehensive training for various towing scenarios. Moreover, we utilize three-point tie-downs secured with nylon straps to prevent damage during transport. As part of our safety protocol, our drivers take photographs before loading and after unloading your vehicle. For your peace of mind, these images are included with the digital receipt you receive. You can be confident in the condition of your vehicle throughout the towing process.

  • Can you provide quotes over the phone for towing services?

    Yes, we provide quotes over the phone as well as via text messaging. Our team is dedicated to transparent pricing. We ensure you have all the information you need upfront. Feel free to reach out to us for an free quote tailored to your specific towing needs.

  • Do you offer long-distance towing services?

    Yes, in addition to in-state towing services, we also offer occasional towing between Texas and Oklahoma. For long-distance towing, we provide customized pricing on a case-by-case basis. Feel free to contact our team at any time for a personalized quote tailored to your towing needs!

  • Are there any additional fees for towing during holidays or off-hours?

    No, for pricing, we consider the type of vehicle, the nature of the issues, the location of the vehicle, and its ultimate destination. There are no additional fees for service on holidays or during off-hours.
